FCCLA promotes personal growth and leadership development through Family & Consumer Science education.
FEA – Future Educators Association
FEA provides students interested in education-related careers with activities and materials that help them explore the teaching profession.
HOSA – Health Occupations Students of America
HOSA is for all students who are enrolled in any health science related career major.

Trade and technical students learn to develop superior work skills in this national organization.
Great Plains Leadership Class
Students chosen for Great Plains Leadership Class participate in activities ranging from visiting with policymakers at the state capitol to assisting with special events.
NTHS – National Technical Honor Society
NTHS is the leader in providing recognition for excellence in career and technical education and creating significant occupational opportunities for America’s top workforce education students.
Student Auction (Can you say “win a new set of tires”)
Students earn “auction bucks” throughout the year for their positive behavior like earning good grades and participating in student organizations. Then comes the payoff as Great Plains holds a genuine auction with more than 100 prizes that students may buy with their auction bucks. Prizes include computers, gift certificates, music, tools and oh yes, that set of new Goodyear tires.
Party on the Plains
Whether bungee jumping or competing on an inflatable obstacle course and partaking in a day of great food and music, Party on the Plains” is a fund (and fun) raiser that offers a rockin’ good time.
